Whitney’s career in real estate began long before she got her license. With an extensive history of sales and customer service positions behind her, she began with Sutton Group-Heritage as a front line receptionist co-ordinating appointments between clients and agents, and trouble-shooting any challenges that arose. She was recognized by many agents and by their clients for her exemplary abilities and efforts. In her very first year as a real estate agent, she was honoured with the Sutton Spirit Award.
Whitney’s skills as an agent are a culmination of her dedication to previous positions. While working with the Ministry of Health, she perfected her negotiation skills and developed experience working through the formulaic processes of larger organizations. Since obtaining her licence, Whitney has continued to learn, attending many courses, ensuring that she is up-to-date with the latest information and skills to assist her clients. Her drive to learn has led her to become an Accredited Seniors Agent (ASA). This training, combined with her connections, allows Whitney to endeavour to ensure that her senior client’s best interests are looked after. Whether this is helping a family to downsize, or to assist a senior with staying in their own home, or a new rental home, Whitney is dedicated to being there every step of the process. Her patience and understanding, combined with her dedication ensure that her client’s needs come first – every time.
